This coffee place in downtown has excellent tasting cappuccino. They have multiple options for coffee, frappe, and smoothies in various sizes. The vibe is warm and cozy. There is plenty of seating space. The staff is polite and courteous. We ordered a slice of lemon mascarpone cake, and it was delicious.

Great discovery! This was my first visit and I love finding places with a variety of teas and coffees that is not just an overwhelming combination of flavors but well thought drinks for their costumers. The place also features miscellaneous items and crafts from local artists , coffees teas and spices to take home, beautiful decor and more! I love the environment this place sets with its windows displaying the different mugs, there is also out door sitting and a gender neutral bathroom.

The best little coffee shop I have been to in a long time! The staff was excellent, the coffee was delicious, and the decor was spot on! I also had some truffles that were to die for. I highly recommend it! I also loved the indoor and outdoor seating. I had a small meeting with a client, which was a perfect atmosphere!

Great coffee shop in downtown Apex! It is cozy and inviting with super cute decor. It is also mug galore (but they are pricey), but really fun to look at. They also sell a lot of handmade items. There are many sweets to choose from and their coffees are delicious! They have a wide variety of teas as well. The gelato is so smooth and yummy. You can take it to go or have a seat inside or enjoy the outdoor tables!

Common Grounds has a fun variety of syrups for lattes, and biscotti a cut above most places. It's often busy (a good sign to visitors) but I've never had a problem finding seating. Friendly staff and I love that it's dog-friendly. The only constructive thing I can think of to suggest is that the alfajores might benefit from a little more filling. Really this place is great and Apex is lucky to have it.

Just walked out of this cafe—awesome spot with really high-quality, super tasty coffee. I ordered two cortados. First, I got one with a scoop of ice cream on the side (not mixed in), and it was so good I ended up ordering a second one right after. Super happy with the service—really tasty and quick. By the time I finished paying, the coffee was already ready. Definitely coming back here again!
